At Shoal Creek Silver Co., every piece is handcrafted by me and is truly one of a kind. Because of the handmade nature of my jewelry, all sales are final and I do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or if I made a mistake with your order, please contact me within 3 days of delivery. I will gladly work with you to make it right.
