Thank you for supporting Shoal Creek Silver Co. Every piece is handcrafted by me in North Alabama with care and attention to detail.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. If I anticipate any delays, I'll contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates
A flat-rate shipping fee of $10 is charged on all domestic orders.

Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been given to the shipping carrier, Shoal Creek Silver Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is lost in transit, please contact me and I'll do my best to help you work with USPS.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges to be resent.
